Process water pump structure:

The internal and external surfaces of the impeller are smooth, so as to reduce the friction loss of the water flow.
2, the pump body also known as the pump shell, it is the main body of the pump. The utility model plays a supporting and fixing role, and is connected with a bracket for mounting the bearing.
3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the shaft and the motor and transfer the distance from the motor to the impeller, so it is the main component for transmitting mechanical energy.
4, the bearing is a component that supports the pump shaft on the pump shaft, and there are two kinds of rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearings use butter as lubricants to oil properly, generally 2/3 ~ 3/4 volume will be too much, too little, there is noise and heat! The sliding bearing uses transparent oil as lubricant, and oil to the oil level line. Too much oil must be exuded and drifted along the pump shaft. Too little bearing will overheat and cause burnout. In the operation of the pump, the temperature of the bearing is highest at about 60 degrees in 85 C. If it is high, we should find the reason (whether there is any impurity, whether the oil is black or not) and handle it in time!
5, the seal ring is also known as the leakage reduction ring. The gap between the impeller inlet and the pump shell is excessive, which causes the water in the high-pressure zone of the pump to flow to the low pressure area through this gap, thus affecting the pump's water output and reducing the efficiency. Too little clearance will cause friction between impeller and pump shell. In order to increase the backflow resistance to reduce the internal leakage, delay the life of the impeller and the pump shell, the seal ring is installed at the inner edge of the pump shell and the external aid of the impeller. The clearance of the seal is kept between 0.25 and 1.10mm.
